This utility gives an administrator the option of placing a
user-defined boundary around any area inside a project, and then define groups
of users who:
- Will be allowed to work only
inside the boundary…or
- Will be allowed to work only
outside the boundary.
The 'Advisory Locks' utility gives a supervisor complete control over
who can and cannot work in a specific area.
Note: THIS UTILITY ONLY WORKS USING LONG TRANSACTION SPATIAL WITH
WORKFLOW MANAGER. ONLY AN ADMINISTRATOR WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO LOCK AND POST
FEATURES WITHIN THE BOUNDARY.
